A: The Bronco Bucks account is a pre-paid debit feature available on your Bronco Access Card. After opening an account, you can use your Bronco Access Card to pay for food at campus eateries, textbooks and school supplies at Bronco Bookstore, laundry services at the University Village, services at select campus print and copy centers and much more.
Q: Do I need a separate card for Bronco Bucks?
A: No. Your Bronco Bucks account is a free feature of the Bronco Access Card that you already carry for identification.
Q: Who Can Use Bronco Bucks?
A: Anyone issued a Bronco Access Card or an Affiliate Card can open a Bronco Bucks account.
Q: Why should I sign up for Bronco Bucks?
A: Bronco Bucks virtually eliminates the need to carry cash on campus. Just swipe and go. It's fast. It's easy. You can deposit money in your Bronco Bucks account online and view your account history 24/7. And there are no additional fees to use Bronco Bucks.

Q: Is There a Minimum Deposit?
A: Yes, there is a $5 minimum deposit amount.
Q: How can I open a Bronco Bucks account?
A: You already have one! Just go to www.calpolypomona.managemyid.com and register your card. Then simply deposit money to your card and you are ready to go!
Q: Can my parents deposit funds into my Bronco Bucks account?
A: If you wish your parents to have full access to your account information, you must supply them with your email address and password. If you don’t wish them to have full access to your account, they can deposit funds using your Bronco ID number (located on the front of your card) at www.broncobucks.com/add-money-cart.aspx. Funds received using this link will be available in 1 business day.
Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
A: Your Bronco Bucks are safer than cash. As soon as possible, report your lost card at www.calpolypomona.managemyid.com. Log in and choose the “Report Lost Card” option. As soon as your card is reported lost or stolen it will be deactivated so your funds will be safeguarded.
Q: How do I find my current balance?
A: To view your current balance or check your transaction history, log in to your account at www.calpolypomona.managemyid.com.
Q: What if I am having trouble registering at Manage My ID?
A: The first time you visit www.calpolypomona.managemyid.com you must register as a user. The password you choose does not need to be the password you use for Bronco Direct. After you register, you will receive email confirmation of your registration. After confirmation is complete you may log in and access your account information.
