The StarRez portal system allows residents and prospective residents the following services:
- Submitting a housing application(new residents)
- Re-licensing(current residents staying in the their current space)
- * License fee payments using a credit card(yearly, monthly & quarterly license
fees)

Portal login Instructions:
To access the StarRez portal system you will need your Bronco ID and pin number.
All current residents will be emailed their login pin number for accessing
the StarRez portal system.
New applicants will be emailed their login pin number once they are accepted.
A
pin number is not neccessary to apply to live at the village, it is only required
to access account information or making licensing fee payments and checking balances
by current residents.
