It is Facilities Management's goal to provide a well maintained and safe environment
for University Village residents. We provide a broad range of services for 320 apartments.
Emergency work orders will be taken care of within 24 hours. Non-emergency work orders will be handled in order of which they are received.
In addition, we oversee contracted services such as pest control, landscape, pool,
custodial, elevator maintenance, fire extinguishers, and security systems.
To ensure the wellbeing of 1,320 residents, Facilities Management conducts ongoing
preventive maintenance.
The Facilities Management staff is dedicated to providing the best possible maintenance
service.
