THE PERFECT BLEND...UNIVERSITY VILLAGE APARTMENTS
We’re not a college residence hall...we’re not university suites...we’re not a private
apartment complex. We’re the University Village Apartments, designed for Cal Poly
student’s looking for that “perfect blend” of on-campus and off-campus living.
We’re a transitional housing “stop” for students looking for the opportunity to
live in modern, comfortable, safe and attractive student apartments as they learn
the necessary skills to successfully live on their own-away from the University.
The University Village is a self-contained student community offering apartments
with many of the amenities found in complexes in local cities and towns. Recreation
centers, a large pool, basketball courts, barbeque and picnic areas etc. dominate
richly maintained grounds. Automobile parking space is available for all residents
in large well-lit parking areas-adjacent to apartment buildings.
Management and customer service are major differences between the University Village and other apartment complexes. Our mission is to provide the “best” facilities,
customer service and activities, educational programs and support that a more mature
student needs during their transition from on-campus to off-campus life. The Operations
(Village Business Office), Residential Education (Coordinators and CA’s) and Facilities
Units (work orders) are always ready to work with you in order to make your experience
here the “best” that it can be.
The University Village has been designed for Cal Poly students. We understand your
needs, “struggles”, hopes, dreams and expectations. We understand Cal Poly students
because we are Cal Poly-with most of our staff current students or recent graduates.
